All our concerns went out the window the minute we met with Nick. He was approachable, responsive and highly engaged in ensuring we had all the information we needed while we waited for our loan approval. I cannot go past calling out that our loan took longer than expected to be approved (thanks COVID) yet Nick remained a patient and positive conduit between ourselves and the sellers with open lines of communication understanding our current situation without badgering for updates. Nick has been great throughout the purchase of my new home. He has been able to answer most of my many questions, and has been incredibly helpful with access to the home to measure up etc. A lot of agents these days are "all business", but Nick provides a friendly, easy-going atmosphere, no pressure, just good information throughout the process.
