My husband and i were highly impressed with the services from nick sarkis for the sale of our house. He impressed us on our first meeting with how he prepared for the meeting. He provided us lots of information on comparable properties in the area that were either for sale or had recently sold. This information included the listing price, the selling price , the days on market, $/sq.ft, etc . He also provided us information on the services of one agency . As we were preparing our house for sale , nick provided us names of contractors that helped us with painting , carpet cleaning ,handyman tasks , windows washing , electricians , plumber , etc . He also educated us on the benefits of staging the house for sale . After signing the contract and listing the house , he had the house photographed and put together an excellent flier. He took only 4 days to get an offer. During the inspection period, nick helped us through some trying times with his experience and expertise . It would take nick to return a phone call which rarely exceeded a few minutes . I would be happy to be a reference for him at anytime .

As first home buyers, the market can be really daunting. Nick, although acting on behalf of the seller, really managed to obtain an effective outcome for both parties. He guided us through the process, making sure each step of the way we were kept informed at each step. Even in the early negotiation phase, Nick did not try and push the point and force the house on to us, as we had experienced from other agents.
