He brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the sales campaign alongside a respectful manner and excellent negotiation skills. He knew how to improve the presentation of our property with quite simple steps. We were very impressed with the marketing materials. He seemed to have a great team of professionals supporting his approach including the photographer and copy writer. He communicated with us regularly throughout the campaign and by the time we were making decisions about the auction we were absolutely confident in his judgement.
