We highly recommend Nick and his team at Belle Property! We were provided with comprehensive information on the sales process, advice on how to prepare the property for sale and received detailed updates following the property inspections and customer feedback. This made us feel very comfortable and confident during the sales process. We are very happy with the result! Thank you, Nick and Belle Property! Keep up the excellent work and wishing you and your team continued success!

Nick is calm and professional and a pleasure to work with. Throughout our campaign Nick provided expert advice which resulted in a fantastic price, a record for our block. Nick's outstanding communication and negotiating skills resulted in our property being sold prior to auction within a couple of weeks of running the campaign, for the best possible price.
