From the outset, Nick proved to be an invaluable source of guidance and support throughout the entire sales process. His unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcome, coupled with his calm and professional approach, provided me with confidence and peace of mind. I cannot recommend Nick highly enough for anyone considering selling their home. His expertise, integrity, and genuine commitment to his clients truly set him apart.

Nick has wonderful communication skills and a calm and professional approach during the overall experience.

Nick and Tom provided an excellent service in terms of both our purchase in Randwick and sale of our property in Maroubra. Their communication was very clear, they gave very good strategic advice and they were a pleasure to deal with. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to potential vendors and purchasers.

Nick was very helpful, friendly and professional.

The first meeting with Nick was friendly and casual. I was impressed by his open and candid overview of the market. Nick was professional at all times and always punctual with our meetings. Apart from directing me through the sales process, Nick at all times gave an honest appraisal of the market situation. I believe Nick also had the same honest approach with all potential purchasers. Nick was able to gather all market signals and laid it out straight for me to accept a pre-auction offer. The final decision was totally mine with no pressure from Nick. I appreciated the actual market information that Nick analysed and presented to me.

We have used Nick's service for both buying and selling and found him to be the most professional, knowledgeable and personable agent we have ever dealt with. He is an excellent communicator and prompt in responding to questions and obtaining information. We would recommend Nick to anyone we meet who are looking to buy or sell.

Thanks for assisting us the purchase Nick. Thoroughly professional as usual!

We are absolutely delighted at the amazing result Nick managed to achieve when selling our unit …. a whopping $200,000 over our expectations! This is now the third time we’ve sold with Nick. We have always admired his honesty, professionalism, his dedication and outstanding negotiation skills. He has an integrity that is rare and is just a genuinely nice guy. As well as impressing his clients, he also impresses buyers. We first met Nick as disappointed buyers but his shining attributes and his commitment to getting the best result for his client stayed with us. We then knew exactly who to call when we were selling! We have never been disappointed with the manner and care in which Nick conducts his business. We value his straight talking and expert advice and guidance. We would never even consider selling with anyone else.

It was a pleasure dealing with Nick Simitzis and his team.

Great working with you again, Nick. Excellent communication, thanks, very timely, detailed and proactive in explaining the sales process status. Respectful to all he dealt with, and artfully managing tenants in the property throughout the sales process. An excellent result and a rapid close. A real professional, thanks, Nick.

My wife and I met Nick about five years ago when he sold us our unit. Right from the start, I felt a strong sense of trust in him during the buying process. Fast forward to today: after staying in touch over the years, we decided to put our unit on the market and chose Nick from Belle Property to help us once again. Throughout the entire process, Nick was professional and extremely knowledgeable, providing us with the best advice for executing the sale. My wife and I were very happy with Nick and the team from Belle Property.

We had an excellent experience with Nick. He was friendly, easy to talk to and diligently kept us informed with frequent updates. He was knowledgeable and confident which made us feel much more relaxed through what could have been a nerve wracking procedure if we weren’t in such good hands! We would have no hesitation to recommend Nick Simitzis and Belle Property to anyone looking to sell.
