Nick was an absolute star. When my property initially attracted a low offer , despite having done weeks of work preparing the property and taking it to auction, he supported my decision not to sell. His advice was thoughtful and considered. A year later, the market had changed and I asked Nick to relist the property - where it secured the price I was after.
