I cannot recommend Nick highly enough. 6 days was all it took for Nick and his team to secure us a buyer, get us a price that exceeded our expectation and get contracts exchanged. Before the property hit the market Nick helped us with advice on how to best present the property through styling, repairs needed and other tips we would not have thought of without him. Nick was always available when we needed him and prompt with email and phone call replies. We would happily use Nick again.

Nicks communication was consistent, we always received a call after inspections to update us and every offer was communicated clearly too us , without any pressure to accept it if we were not happy.
