Over the years you hear of the issues friends and family have had dealing with real estate agents. So when I decided I wanted to test the value of my house I made the decision to phone around and get a few agents over and find one I could deal with. Nick was the first one I called and immediately I could tell he knew the area. He agreed to meet me at 6pm that night, and within half an hour I was convinced this was the man for the job. He was very professional, well prepared and even gave tips on improving the outlook of the house. For the first two weeks of the marketing campaign I was overseas- yet I still received regular updates. Then, sitting in Sydney airport on a Sunday night at 6:30pm he called with the news of six offers and the contract for the highest offer being ready to sign. I could not recommend Nick higher as he made this process as easy as possible.
