Over the years you hear of the issues friends and family have had dealing with real estate agents. So when I decided I wanted to test the value of my house I made the decision to phone around and get a few agents over and find one I could deal with. Nick was the first one I called and immediately I could tell he knew the area. He agreed to meet me at 6pm that night, and within half an hour I was convinced this was the man for the job.
