Nick has made me buy this property at least $300K over my expectation/budget but I don't regret it at all because he has guided me with his great knowledge of the area and the property. Besides his customer service, Nick went above and beyond and singlehandedly saved our house purchase from falling through due to a difficult seller and everyday changing loan situations. 100% recommend the good estate agents, were professional and prompt from start to finish.
