Nick spent time discussing the best way to get the TOP dollar for the old unit, in simple language I understood. I wasnt convinced to spend money on it before listing it, but after he took us to see other units recently painted and carpeted, I now realise, that by agreeing and respecting his experience and knowledge , it achieved me a ?extra $ 50000., in the recent sale. Having spoken with two real estates - supposedly “local experts” (terrible experience) we contacted Highland to sell our beautiful townhouse in Cronulla. To say we were sceptical of Real Estate agents is an understatement, Jeffrefers to real estates as “liars, cheats & thieves all of them”. A couple of years ago we tried to sell the same house with another ‘local expert’ who promised that she could definitely sell the property; she failed miserably in; providing the right advice, keeping us informed, generating interest, securing an offer and ultimately in making the sale, all she did was cost us $6000.
