Nick and Alexa did a great job for our neighbours who recently sold so we decided to give them a go at selling our unit in Cronulla and we were really happy that we did. Nick was able to selling our unit in less than a week via private treaty for a price far above our expectation which is awesome. The best part of the service was that we were told after each open how many people viewed the property, what they thought, what they offered etc. Now as a prospective buyer, I know a lot of real estate agents don't follow up prospective buyers but Nick did which no doubt helped our sale!
