Before buying our property we'd looked at many others, either online and open inspections through OC real estate. I had a conversation with Nick about a particular place and he basically talked me out of it, mainly due to steep driveways and moblity issues etc. He spent the time bringing up the questions we should be asking ourselves the what iffs in buying a new home. Get that piece of paper and list the pros on one side and cons on the other. Most of our buying was through Nick but we did have positive interactions with many of the OC team, of which we're thankful.
