Above and beyond in a very challenging sal

David was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Our e come with significant challenges, including council holds and complex family circumstances, but David handled everything with professionalism, patience, and calm confidence. His communication was clear and consistent, he stayed on top of every detail and he genuinely went above and beyond to keep the sale moving forward when it could have easily stalled. Despite the hurdles, David achieved a great result and took a huge amount of stress off our shoulders during a very difficult time. I couldn't recommend him more highly to anyone looking for an agent who truly cares and delivers when it matters most.
