Both Nick and Shanti were professional and knowledgeable of the property they were selling. They also were conscious of their clients needs with respect to the urgency of the sale and then assisting their older clients with disposing of their excess furniture etc.

We originally purchased the house through Nick, about 7 years ago. Prior to selling, we'd spoken with Nick regarding options available to us, as the property was for investment purposes. The thing we liked most was, he wasn't pushy, told it as it was, and kept us up to date. We really didn't put our place on the market, like a traditional sale but Nick was able to get it sold at a better price than we thought.
