It is my pleasure to give this review for Nick van Vliet. At my first contact with Nick, he was immediately focused upon obtaining a clear understanding of my goals for the property sale. This focus was maintained throughout my dealings with Nick not just at the outset when one would expect the salesperson to be striving to "win business". Nick gave immediate feedback on how to maximise sale value (critical to me), current sales trends and where the market was and where it was heading including critical timings (selling season). Nick is an excellent client communicator and communicated significant milestones day and when necessary at night. He was always available for support and feedback when required. Nick is totally dedicated to his client and works singularly for the client at all times. It was a pleasure to see Nick in action both as a salesman presenting his case to me on why I should appoint him as my agent and his presentations to me of emerging market intelligence as the sales process unfolded. Nick is an excellent time manager, he reported to me in a timely manner, he was timely with his actions and follow up and was punctual for all appointments-(his punctuality was critical, and he was always on time). Nick employs a clear strategy with selling his client's property-this was discussed with me in detail. The strategy works! Nick follows up with clients. This is where others fall down. Nick van Vliet is a great listener who acts upon what his client says. I found Nick van Vliet to be intensely "focused and dedicated to client outcomes". I endorse Nick van Vliet as a Realtor who gets the job done and can be relied upon to get the best result possible for his client.
