our apartment was a challenge to sell for a few reasons such as a high body corp and its exposed position overlooking a playground with shower block/ toilet. Perceptions were that this could be a problem, Nick saw the advantages to being absolute beachfront with easy access, following his advice to plant a screen of palms he quickly found a buyer who remains happy with their purchase to this day.
