This was the 4th sale or purchase that Nick has handled for us and as has been our previous experience we were in good hands. Nick is an outstanding, knowledgeable agent with good listening and communication skills who handles pressure situations with calmness and aplomb. We would not consider anyone else in this area with respect to our property dealings.

If you are looking for a local real estate agent, Nick made selling our home easy and stress-free. The expertise and attention to detail were exceptional. Highly recommend!

First and foremost, Nick is an excellent human being, he is professional, communicates well and always follows up in a timely fashion – his customer service stands above others as being ETBW (Easy to do business with). Nothing was ever too much for Nick, he is credible, reliable and oriented towards doing right for his clients. He has integrity and is compassionate and caring. He is generous with his time and has great local knowledge. These qualities and strengths help him stand out above others in the industry as someone who can be trusted to do the right thing at all times for both buyer and seller. We had some unique circumstances, and Nick went above and beyond for us during and post our purchase. He was a pleasure to work with, and we would recommend him to anyone buying or selling. Try Nick before you try someone else, he will exceed your expectations in an industry where many do not by acting out of self-interest.

Nick checked in weekly with our reports and any feedback on the sale of our home. We found him always positive and polite, and very professional in his approach to real estate. He is very knowledgeable with the market in our area, we found the whole process very smooth sailing. Thank you Nick for such a wonderful experience!

Nick and Carol are dedicated, polite and professional at all times and the entire team is a pleasure to do business with.

In a very tight market Carol and Nick were able to get us a sale of our property. We could not ask for better service from the time we listed to the final sale.

Nick’s communication was exemplary, constantly keeping me updated on the machinations of what can be a very stressful process. His considered approach and professionalism made the experience smoother than what may have been. After several false dawns, it was Nick’s dedication to getting the job done that saw an excellent result achieved. Having both purchased and sold with him, I sincerely endorse Nick, and his team, to any prospective vendor and purchaser.

We chose to go with Nick for the sale of our investment property due to his extensive sales experience in the area and were highly impressed with the service provided: Nick and his team helped us getting the property ready with expert advice on what areas to concentrate, connected us with the right people to have it all done and kept everyone on schedule to have it finished in time for the listing. Having met Nick on buyers’ side on previous viewings we knew we could fully trust his sales skills and that he will get us the best result for our property. Nick and the team followed up on every lead and organised countless extra viewings. Communication was excellent all along the way and we got a detailed update instantly after every viewing. A big thank you for all your hard work!

Nick is a very rare agent in these times, he is genuine and honest. Throughout the whole process of having our house on the market, Nick was always diligent in his feedback. We found him to be respectful and open to our views, and a delight to work with. We would not hesitate in recommending anyone to engage his services.

Nick and his team at LJH Witheriff are outstanding. Nick, his co-director and the wider team at LJH Witheriff are outstanding. As a former real estate writer and now being in the PR world I know how important great communication and negotiation skills are in real estate, and Nick has them in spades. He achieved an excellent result during what was at times a roller-coaster ride (for us as the vendors). Nick kept us updated throughout the process, was a calming influence, a great negotiator, and an excellent conduit of information. We are thrilled!

Nick is a honest and genuine agent to deal with. He has great local knowledge and I would highly recommend Nick to anyone selling and or buying.

Nick Witheriff and the entire team at LJ Witheriff are to commended for their tenacity, communication and marketing skills and knowledge in securing a sale for us. The team went above and beyond for us, we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
