We first heard the praises about this real Estate guy called Nick Yamada, from our Daughter & Son-in Law. They had used Nick through another Real Estate, when selling their House. They had nothing but positive, genuine support for they way he continually assisted them through the process of their sale. He had made the whole Sale experience run smooth, in a time that was quite delicate for them. So when the time came to Sell our House,we were told we had to meet Nick Yamada. On meeting and talking with Nick we too could feel just what our family had been talking about. His communication, guidance, suggestions & genuine down to earth information, was given without the Rose Coloured glasses, was just what we liked. It was then we discovered that Nick was now working with the same Real Estate Agency, the Place Sunnybank Team, that George Yang worked for.
