Nick has everything I didn't even know I wanted in an agent. He was professional, courteous, trustworthy, reliable and honest. He could've easily convinced me to take the buyer's first or second offer but negotiated his socks off and got me a price I was happy with. If you're reading this and deciding which agent to choose, it really is a case of "you get what you pay for". Cheaper marketing might save you more up front but will lose you more later. The whole process at Place is actually great. There's at least 3 people who liaise with you so you feel pretty important. Nick treats your property as if it were his own and he gives you updates on EVERYTHING. Don't know how he finds the time for that kind of service, but he does...seemingly effortlessly.
