I had a very good experience with Nicky selling my house. The pre sale negotiations were thorough and I was happy that this huge responsibility was shared with someone as competent as Nicky. I sold after my first open day and achieved a better result than I had expected. I’ve recommended Nicky to other sellers already.

Nicky negotiated between ourselves, another bidder and the seller. As a buyer, it was a tough 24 hours but I felt informed throughout the whole process. Nicky was always transparent that she was acting in the seller’s best interests and according to their instructions. She explained the “silent auction” process clearly and signposted the next steps so we knew what was happening and whether we were the top bidder. I valued how Nicky stuck around at the end of the sale in the early evening, introducing us to the owner, taking photos of us posing at the “SOLD” sign, chatting with the new neighbours who came to greet us. Even though it was well after business hours, she never rushed us and seemed to enjoy savouring the moment with us and the seller.
