We have been looking for our family home for 2 years, Nicky's customer/client focus is by far one of the best in the industry. From the start she went above & beyond, she allowed us to view the property even when we were 5 minutes late, she then organised a second viewing at a time convenient for us within a day, then we were able to view it a third time before submitting an offer. She consistantly kept us up to date during the offer process and no time was too late or too early for Nicky, she always made it happen for us.
