Initially Nicola was pleasant to deal with, however there were several issues we had with her over time that caused an unpleasant experience when purchasing a house located in Kwinana Town Centre. One of the first things that was a repeated issue was that Nicola started her own agency during our settlement and did not inform us about her new email address. She repeatedly asked us to re-send emails which ended up being forwarded to her by her former agency - we only found out at the very end when she mentioned it in passing. Also, she didn't read her emails properly and asked us to re-send information that was already sent. She overvalued the expected rental income on the house - we're still happy with the market value, but we were not happy with being misled about the figures there - which indirectly led to additional fees paid in a pre-lease agreement. Also, during our settlement we experienced delays on our finance approval which was beyond our control - however even though we explained this to her, her demeanour over the phone was unprofessional and pushy. Also, once settlement finally was closed - the house was still listed online as "under offer" for a number of weeks instead of being updated with the 'sold' status. Furthermore, when we agreed to a pre-lease agreement - she did not fully inform us that the power would be cut off and when we enquired about it - she said she had no knowledge about why this was the case, which we believe was unprofessional and untrue. One of the few positives was that she was always prompt with contact via phone - we never experienced any delays in contacting her. Finally, she had no knowledge about RCD and smoke alarm certification when we enquired about it and misdirected us to a 3rd party that had absolutely no idea why she directed us to them - this was embarrassing and a waste of time. Yes, there were issues beyond both her and our control - but she got the job done, albeit a very stressful experience.
