Nicola is a star. We had another agent to our house from another agency and they were nowhere near as good as Nicola! Nicola gave us confidence in getting the best price for our house and she walked us through the process very well. I think Nicola is the most down to earth person out there. She will say it as it is and is and puts you number one 100% of the time. Nicola certainly loves a surprise and she definitely came through with one! She sold our house in less than a week with a price well above expectation. Nicola sets high goals and achieves them. She is extremely hard working and will work around the clock to fit in with you. nicola was the best agent i could have used, we had never sold a house before and was nervous but she walked us thru everything from start to finish. trusted my house to her during openings and never had a worry very experienced about the market in the area and knew exactly what she was doing, as i said on heading if i had to do it again would use nicola again.
