Nicolas was exceptional throughout our property journey. From our first meeting, his professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication were evident. Nicolas went above and beyond when selling our home in a tough market, constantly providing updates, invaluable advice, and support every step of the way. One thing that stood out was that Nicholas was extremely eager and energetic, but not pushy; when I first invited him to inspect the property and provide a market appraisal, I had informed him that I was not ready to sell, and he contacted me a few months later to update me on the market situation, which was not positive for us, but he was honest, and that is important to us. I had a few other agents who did not even bother to come and inspect the property but just gave me an email appraisal. I also had another agent quoting me 110K lower than the ultimate selling price, whom I politely asked to never contact me again.
