One thing that stood out was that Nicholas was extremely eager and energetic, but not pushy; when I first invited him to inspect the property and provide a market appraisal, I had informed him that I was not ready to sell, and he contacted me a few months later to update me on the market situation, which was not positive for us, but he was honest, and that is important to us.
