There's a reason real estate agents have a pretty negative stereotype and we're not alone in our experience with other agents. In fact, we'd had a pretty typical (negative) experience with a different agent directly prior to meeting Nicole Cooney and we didn't have high hopes for Nicole based on that experience. Well, we've never been so wrong. Nicole has blown us away with her professionalism, integrity, honesty and ethics. Her knowledge of the area is fantastic and she doesn't try to play games. Nicole was super helpful, kind and really brought a human element to the sale of our little home.
