Nicole was selling a few houses up on the Mountain. My partner and I debated the pros and cons of several houses being sold by several agencies and agents. As each house is unique it was hard to decide. Nicole hinted at one particular house based on our criteria we had given her. The house was unique enough to not fit perfectly into our criteria. Nicole recently sold our 1 acre block of land at Bilpin. We had no idea of it's worth or who would want to buy it, and assumed being such a unique property it could take a very long time to sell.
