The only misleading issue that we encountered...

The only misleading issue that we encountered with the Domain advertisement for the property was mentioned Strata report.Advertisement stated strata report from $ 299.00 (with the potential to receive cash back through before You Buy).Being an existingresident and on Strata committee of this building we had all Strata documentation there for no need to request Strata report.After we signed contracts our solicitor notified us of a clause in contract claiming for a strata report fee of $500.00.Both of us feel that request for Strata report we should have been notified and explained to us before contacts signed .This to us was very misleading to us from Belle Property .Otherwise we have no complaints all was done professionally from the time we met with Stephanie for the open unit to signing contracts our with Katherine to meeting and chatting with Nicole thanking you all Mick& Michelle Beattie.
