Nicole was great throughout all negotiations and constantly kept us up to date with all that was happening from the owners side. She was lovely to talk to and has a great energy about her. There was a few things to do around the house and she was very reasonable and understanding.

This is going to all sound way too cheesy, but I'm going to say it anyway: It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Nicole. From the outset she had such a wonderful manner over the phone, that immediately I knew I was talking to an agent that didn't just care for the commission... That she actually cared about BOTH the vendor AND us. She very quickly appraised that I was there to do business... And she fended off a number of guzumpers (sp?) because she is a fair dinkum, honest, and straight down the line person. Meeting her face to face was a total pleasure as it confirmed everything I felt about her over the phone.
