I would have no hesitation in going back to Nicole. Her professionalism was great but more so her communication through out the buying process was first class. She always kept me informed and was constantly updating me on everything. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

We consulted with two other local agents before striking gold with Nicole. The other agents wanted us to list our property at offers over $410K. My wife and I felt this was too low, and simply the wrong strategy. Nicole, brimming with enthusiasm, knowledge of the Boambee East area and insights into current market conditions couldn't agree more. We listed with Florent & Mundey at offers over $439K and sold at $425K - in under 6 weeks. So what's the difference between Nicole and the other agents?...an extra $15,000 in our bank account! I didn't have to do anything more other than pop the cork on the fine bottle of champaign Nicole had personally delivered to my door. You simply won't find a more genuine and committed agent than Nicole. I now recommend Nicole to all my friends and family (my mother-in-law is already planning to sell with her after seeing first hand Nicole in action!).

Having mixed results in real estate before I was sure that something would not be quite what it seems as the process wore on I was overjoyed with the transparency of Nicole Stark , Nicole was also very available to me anytime and if she didn't know the answer she knew where I could find it. House buying, moving and the legals are as stressful as it gets, but I had a true feeling of being looked after by Nicole.
