I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be using their services again in the future. A massive thank you to Nicole. Great service and easy to communicate. She was professional and friendly at all times.
We have had the pleasure of working with Nicole Tan during the sale of our property. She is hard working, professional and friendly. Thank you for your hard work
Nicole was very helpful in helping us to find a perfect home. As an agent that is really professional and reliable in her field, Nicole always listen to our enquiries and always get back to us in no time. Even for the after sales service, we can easily reach Nicole every time and she would try to give as best advice and help as before the sales. All the information we need related to the property was explained very well by Nicole. A five star agent, really recommended to any property seeker
It has been a pleasure to work with Nicole . I appreciate her efforts and commitment throughout the process. Nicole has a very good knowledge of the market as well as the type of buyers in that areas. We had a two way communication , she updated me along the process and she tried to make the process smooth as possible. Nicole looked after the buyers as well as the seller. The property was under offer in 1 week . I will ask her again in selling my property in the near future. Thanks Nicole
This is the first time I have engaged Nicole Tan at Verse to sell the property for me. I was really impressed with her promtpness and professionalism in responding to my queries and most importantly, the property was sold within a month with a very reasonable price even in a tough market. Nicole was assisting along with me to resolve all the problems that came across when I was oversea in terms of helping me to book in electricians for safety checking, filming a house tour and doing live on Facebook, etc. And I would say that she is doing additional responsiblities towards her scope of work. In additional, Nicole was keeping me updated the thoughts of the viewers and provided some useful feedback to me after the house opened. I have no regret of choosing Nicole Tan as my selling property agent at Verse.
