Relaxed and friendly at the first inspection. Did not try to pull any sales gimmicks on us. Was prompt with responses both verbally, phone calls and text messages. Kept us informed about the other offers, and kept a good timeline with us about when an outcome will occur.

Nicolle has gone above and beyond for me... she found a house for me to move into as I was worried about having nowhere to go. I work away and have no time to be house hunting. Nicolle got me into a rental completely drama free and swiftly. There's been some dramas with the buyers finance (Completely our of her control) and Nicolle has done everything in her power to get it sorted. When I'm ready to buy another house, it will be through Nicolle and if I ever sell another house, I won't sell through anyone other than Nicolle.
