Nicole took charge of the whole preparation of my tired rental for sale .. Quotes for paint, flooring and Maintenence and staged furniture , as well as photos and brochures.. even though there were 4 other units in the same complex that had been for sale for some time she sold mine in under two weeks , on top of that she liased with the new owners rental agent to open my property for open rental inspections while the staged furniture was still there ....
