Nigel was easy to deal with during the sale of our late parent's property. He had excellent local knowledge and dealt with the managing agent for us. He made a tough time easier to handle.

He was easy to communicate with, gave good advice on improving the saleability of the property, and was very successful in bringing potential buyers to view the house. He demonstrated that he was working for us, and not the buyer, and managed to get us exactly what we wanted, with respect to price and settling time. Having sold four houses, ourselves, over the years, he is one of the few agents that we would engage again, were it ever necessary. He also comes highly respected among the people, who know of his involvement in this area. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

Nigel is an amazing agent and we couldn’t have asked for more. Nigel is friendly, has great communication and is always reachable, has great local knowledge, and sold the property for asking price within two weeks without even advertising (which saved us advertising fees!). The unit was in the Peninsula Parklands village which Nigel knows really well and he made the whole process so easy Nigel is passionate about what he does and I highly recommend him
