Nigel was extremely business like & professional, at first meeting I thought he was a little brash, but, I listened to his business model which I was sold on, he knows his stuff & the local market. After the half hour inspection Nigel sold the home shortly after, we were happy & I hope the purchasers are happy with the property.

Starr Partners is a very good company and the people that work there are nice and easy to get along with. I want to highlight Chayle, Amelia and Grace who I cannot write a personalised review of but were integral in my enjoyment with working with Starr Partners (I will note that on occasions it was hard to communicate with them as I constantly had to seek them out for even an update). Nigel overall was I assume your typical real estate agent, he was kind but when it came to a deal, he could be aggressive. The highlights of working with Nigel was his standout knowledge of the market and professionalism when it came to showing homes to buyers. However, my issues that I had with Nigel are from the offer to start of cool off period as that is the extent of my dealings with him. For context my partner and I are first home buyers who do not have experience with real estate or how different house structures work as such we had been a bit apprehensive about the process and signing ourselves into something that we didn't know about and potentially losing money because of that. The property was on a strata title but with no strata payment which appealed to us. Our conveyancer, however, outlined the possibility of a joint insurance with the neighbour of the property. We engaged in conversation with Nigel to get a better understanding of the situation. This is where I feel that Nigel left the biggest negative impression, as all parties we liaised with had told us different answers. Nigel seemed to be getting noticeably frustrated as we were getting close to our deadline for signing. This is where (from a first home buyers' perspective) Nigel started to become a bit more impatient with us to close the deal and had us doubting our decision to continue with the purchase. I believe Nigel is more accustomed to serving experienced property purchasers, and we felt left behind and treated with impatience when we tried to make 100% certain of our choice, especially one as big as this!
