Starting with being on time for inspection, Nigel communicated detailed process in clear and precise manner, received all the information in written and in time. To top it all, I am impressed how honestly Nigel showed up telling me everything that's worth knowing before making 0.25% payment. Case in point, termite infestation that was cleared earlier. Pest inspection report was no different and made me feel Ive made the right decision. Yes, agents do represent vendors, however, honesty goes a long way.
