Initial contact with Imogen, then Nik, was very pleasant and encouraging. As the process continued with Nik we were kept informed and clearly advised of the process and developments. Home opens were well managed and Nik successfully negotiated a sale after only two weeks. Concerns centre around later communication. I was disappointed that Nik did not see the sale to its conclusion. He would have known a month before settlement his alternative plans were going to clash yet he only mentioned it briefly to my wife during final inspection. He forgot to mention the ladder to the buyers and importantly did not advise them that their purchase lay in a City of Stirling heritage area and building restrictions apply!

I found Nik to be easy to deal with and did not obscure or make vague claims about the property and the seller's expectations. Other agents I've dealt with were often deliberately unclear about the seller's wants, but Nik was upfront with me, which was a large selling point for purchasing the house. The price point that they set was in line with market value. The house was staged beautifully. I'm actually copying some of the ideas from what they've done with it.
