Direct, pragmatic, great to deal with

I found Nik to be easy to deal with and did not obscure or make vague claims about the property and the seller's expectations. Other agents I've dealt with were often deliberately unclear about the seller's wants, but Nik was upfront with me, which was a large selling point for purchasing the house. The price point that they set was in line with market value. The house was staged beautifully. I'm actually copying some of the ideas from what they've done with it. When I sell this property in the future, he will definitely be in my list of people to contact.

Nik went above and beyond in setting up the sale of my unit! He discussed my options, visited my unit and gave advice for possible renovations that would assist in selling.
