Several friends highly recommended Nikala, and we are pleased to have sold two houses through her, and purchased one. She has always been very helpful and we've always been happy with the results. Nikala is well known and has a thorough knowledge of our local area. Should we ever need to purchase another property, Nikala would be the first person we would contact.
From the point at which we contacted Nikala to the point at which our house was sold, was barely two weeks - highly professional and from the get-go clearly knew her stuff. I would have no hesitation in recommending her for property sales in the South Eastern suburbs.
After hearing positive things about Nikala we invited her into our home. She came prepared and was able to answer all of our questions. Her general market knowledge was great but what really impressed us was her experience and historical knowledge of our suburb and surrounding areas. Throughout the process Nikala’s communication was good, keeping us up to date on any significant feedback. Her friendly nature was appreciated as was the result she achieved for us especially during uncertain market conditions. We’re very happy we decided to enlist Nikala as our agent and we would certainly recommend her services. Thanks again Nikala!
We couldn't have asked for more from Nikala. We were selling a house in Qld but live in Vic and Nikala arranged everything for us from a gardener to keep our lawns mowed to someone to clean the roof for us and all of this during the COVID19 restrictions. We would highly recommend her to anyone selling a house, her knowledge of the market and her clear communication were outstanding. Thanks Nikala!
Our open house was all set, Our home looking amazing. Everything running smoothly until the day before open house the news reported only one agent (Nikala) & one person through for inspections. Nikala assured us and put us at ease this will be ok. And it most certainly was. Nikala is amazing. This was the second home she has sold for us.
Nikala was approachable and made every effort to assist us in making the decision to purchase. Although we acknowledge she is working for the seller she treated us as if we were her main customer and she was trying to get us the property. She was honest with us and enabled easy communication. Made the purchase experience a good one.
We’ve used Nikala in the past and was very pleased with her service then so decided to use her again. We found her to be a very professional agent who maintained regular communication with us. She was open with us and made us feel like we were her only client. She worked extremely hard to get us the best possible outcome for our sale and we highly recommend her.
We stumbled upon Nikala by accident during an open house inspection, and her knowledge and professionalism impressed us from the first meeting. She has boundless energy and heads a great team. We wisely took her advice about styling, presentation, and marketing. She knows her stuff. To be highly recommended.
Nikala was excellent in listening to what we wanted. Her local knowledge was key. We really enjoyed having her represent our property.
From day one Nikala was very professional and knew exactly how to handle a sensitive seller with a lot riding on the sale. Being a local resident herself her local knowledge was second to none which was made even more apparent once we realised *every* other property for sale/recently sold in the area had her name on the signs out front. Even though our property was listed the morning the COVID-19 Open House bans were announced Nikala managed everything with grace and was able to quell our anxiety with ease. Sure enough the perfect buyer came along with a very realistic offer slightly higher than what we needed and within a few weeks later we had an unconditional contract with settlement just around the corner. Fantastic! We can't recommend Nikala enough and wouldn't hesitate to use her again for future property sales. Ironically Nikala was recommended to us after we contacted Maria Pierce thanks to Marias efforts selling other properties for us in the past so with that in mind I can personally vouch for the whole team at Belle Property Sherwood. Outstanding work.
After my 88y.o father went into residential care, my mother decided to sell their home. We interviewed 6 real estate agents looking for the consummate professional, with superior local market knowledge and exemplary communication and negotiation skills. Moreover, we needed an agent who was not only astute - but emotionally intuitive; someone who would be sensitive to mum's needs and situation. Nikala surpassed our expectations in every way. We found her to be an incredible 'reader' of people, who is obviously passionate about what she does. Nikala guided and reassured us at every obstacle and provided us with options based on logic and objectivity. I am forever grateful for her compassion and care of mum during a difficult time in her life. In our experience, Nikala is an anomaly in an industry that is often thought of as insensitive and deceptive. We will use her in all future real estate matters and highly recommend her to others. Thank you Nikala :-)
I found Nikala to be very professional with great knowledge on how to optimise the sale of our home. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is selling their home.
