The principal agent whom we dealt with was the most uninterested, rude and unresponsive agent we have ever dealt with (and we have sold and bought twice before with different companies). She refused to meet in person, despite us asking several times, would not answer calls generally and wanted to everything via text message and email. This resulted in very poor conversations, lack of information and a huge inability to able to ask questions or transfer information in a timely manner. Her lack of communication actually resulted in the process being dragged on a lot longer than it needed to, and her games became irritating. Only bought through Belle property, as the location was exactly what we were after. However, I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY AT ALL. The office manager was no better, when we paid our initial deposit all the correspondence was directed only at my and they insisted on using an email that was not his. I advised them of this twice but no reply. When we paid our second deposit, we never received a confirmation despite me asking via text message and email. I actually believe they continued to use the incorrect email meaning they sent our confidential information to a random email. Their lack of communication was so poor to the point that they ignored any emails and at the end we had to organize everything else through our lawyer (e.g. final inspection, confirmation of deposit, questions about the block etc). If this agent was selling a house, rather than a block, I am sure the house would not sell. Save your time and money, go with someone else (from a buyers point of view).

They achieved the forecast selling price and a sale in 8 days to well satisfy our requirements.

I bought my house from Nikala when I moved into this area so when the time came to sell I (naturally) picked up the phone to her again. She knows the Edenbrooke area really well which in my view brings a couple of big benefits - she knows how to sell the lifestyle that comes with the area and she has a well established listing of people who she knows have genuine interest in the area. The goal is to have buyers with interest and her listing (due to her speciality in the area) means she starts with that already. The way she schedules her open homes means they often go from one to the next which also works well. She gets people through despite it being a tough market! They also do great marketing - my house looked great in the photos (made me wonder if I really wanted to sell 😉). In a tough market I got a solid offer quickly which ended up being the offer I took. Within 10 days of my new property settling my house settled - couldn’t ask for better timing than that!
