We found Nikala to be very professional. We had never bought a property before but Nikala explained the process clearly and we felt very comfortable dealing with her. She knows her local area well. She was very effective communicating between buyer and seller.
Nikala provided us with a very stress free process. Her advice on pricing, specialist assistance, and the timing of it all was spot on. Her cheerful manner and personal professionalism impressed us. We have already recommended to friends. Thanks.
We found Nikala to be very fair and very upfront when it came valuing our home, she did not play the game of over valuing our home to get the listing, she was very upfront and had many examples of homes sold in our immediate area and what they actually sold for and therefore what we could expect and she was 100% correct. Nikala is very professional and is very well presented. I would not hesitate in recommending her to anyone.
Even before reading through all the fantastic reviews about her, we had already decided to choose Nikala as our agent simply based on how she styled and presented all the properties she had previously sold. And Nikala did not disappoint - she was wonderful to work with as we expected, highly efficient, professional and very dedicated to her clients. We felt at ease communicating with her the whole time. The house was sold within 2 days after the first open with a satisfying offer. We would highly recommend Nikala to anyone looking to sell especially in the Centenary suburbs.
Thank you Nikala for selling our property with days of it going on the market for the price we wanted! Your professionalism and negotiation skills are first class and most importantly you are wonderful to work with!
Nikala did a first class job in presenting the property and developing the marketing package to support the sale process. It was so successful we had a contract within 30 minutes of the first open house! Nikala went the extra mile by providing some of her own items to better present the property. She also managed the negotiations with the buyer to ensure we achieved the contract price we were seeking.
We had the great pleasure of having Nikala sell our rental property in Corinda in December. Over the years we have had a lot of dealings with different agents from different Agencies and I can tell you that she is amazing. She was highly efficient and professional. At all times we felt at ease with the sale and our communication with her. If we ever need an agent in this area again, we would definitely use her talents!
Nikala was a fantastic agent! She knew exactly what she was talking about and was a real support to us while we sold our house. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
Nikala, was a true professional from listing to SOLD... We had listed our home with another Agency a number of times over 12 months, and to our disappointment, It failed to sell. We were referred to Nikala from Belle Prooerty, and we decided to list our home after our first meeting. Nikala worked hard, and achieved a contract on our home in a few short weeks. We were very happy with the sale price Nikaka achieved. Nikaka also found us our new Prooerty, and we believe she went above and beyond with our Sale and Purchase. Thank you again, Michael & Mark.
We recently sold our house with Nikala and were 100% happy! Nikala knows our area like the back of her hand and was able to give us the most realistic price estimate (more than other agents had thought, since our estate isn't typical of the rest of the suburb) and confidently went about getting it for us. She communicated constantly with us and was available late at night and weekends too to answer any questions we had. Nikala was there to guide us through the entire process and really made it all pretty simple for us. I would use her again in a heartbeat.
We can't recommend Nikala highly enough. Her approach to selling our house was very professional, she knows how to make a house look beautiful and point out all its features, and she knows her market exceptionally well. We could not have been more impressed with her work. Thanks, Nikala.
Nikala has sold two houses for us and ensures the best outcome for you. She is a very personable person and will answer any questions you may have regarding your sale. We are very happy with all the time and effort she put into selling our homes and for always being available to talk to us throughout the selling process. You can be assured Nikala will commit to getting the best price and outcome for your home. P.S. And you've made a future friend.
