When I decided to sell my loved Home, I knew that I could confidently give my Home to Nikala O' Brien from Belle Property at Gracevllle... Nikala had previously sold my Son's Home, and he also had purchased another property with ease through Nikala... Prior to Nikala selling my Son's Home, his Home was marketed by other Agent in the area for a prolonged period without any success... Nikala achieved in a few short weeks, what other agents could not... So without hesitation, I listed my Home with Nikala, and after the first Open House, Nikala presented me with multiple offers... Nikala sold my home, and the whole process was an absolute pleasure, as I was dealing with a very competent professional Real Estate Agent... Catherine. Sinnamon Park.

My husband and I found Nikala O'Brien to be absolutely outstanding, as a person and a trusted real estate agent. She was honest and reliable. When she mentioned that she would do something for you , she did actually do it . A trait we found remarkable as a lot of people do not have this quality. You could not ask for a better Real Estate Agent. Thank you Nikala.

Working with Nikala to sell our home was a positive experience. Her ongoing diligence ensured a quick and stress-free sale of our property. Nikala assisted us with setting an achievable price that we were happy with and always followed-up open homes with honest feedback from prospective buyers. Without any hype, Nikala provided us with a credible and reliable service throughout and we will have no hesitation in entrusting her with the sale of any properties in the future. We highly recommend Nikala as a top notch Real Estate Agent.

We recently sold our house in Seventeen Mile Rocks through Nikala O'Brien at Belle Property. Nikala was upfront and honest with us regarding our expectations and was always available to answer any of our queries. Nikala sold our house in 3 days, before the first open, and well over the listed price. Nikala was instrumental in negotiations, and her presentation of properties is second to none. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell in the Centenary suburbs.

Thank you for your specialised and friendly service, I found you to be very professional with a sound knowledge of the industry and especially our area. Your ability to negotiate and achieve a great result in a short frame of time was very impressive and I would not hesitate to contact you and engage your services in the future. Valma Purvis

We were exceptionally happy with the service we received from Nikala O'Brien. We had not officially put our house on the market but had asked Nikala to give us a valuation. She did this and also gave us prospective buyers. She has a network of people who she knows is selling and keeps that in mind for potential buyers. Her calm nature and professionalism got us through a stressful time as we sold and bought in a matter of weeks, all through Nikala. She knows what her buyers/sellers want and works along with them to achieve their goal results. We were very happy with everything she did for us and would have no hesitation to work with her again. We would recommend anyone who is buying or selling to contact Nikala as I have no doubt she will do her very best to find you the house of your dreams and get you the best price possible.
