Having already used Nikita, who achieved a great outcome for us the first time, it was a no brainer that we would be using him for our next property. We were extremely happy with the price that was achieved for our second property. He worked extremely hard from the very begining and kept us informed throughout. Choosing a good agent is not easy, especially when the decision will have a material impact on the amount of dollars which will end up in your pocket. And we are glad that we decided to go with Nikita as our agent. One of the key requirements which we had was that we wanted to deal with someone who is proactive and would take ownership of the complete process. Nikita not only met our expectations but exceeded them. His negotiation skills are impeccable. The icing on the cake is that their commissions are also one of the lowest in this market. Along with the great service we also got a very competitive rate. His competition was no where near to what Nikita quoted for his excellent service. Would we choose Nikita again? The answer is "YES" and this time we won't even shop around.

My Review on my experience in dealing with PRDnationwide and their agent Mr Nikita Reskakis I have been looking to buy a property for some time and it had certainly been quite an interesting exercise. Dealing with different Real Estate Agents and their representatives had turned out to be quite a learning curve in the kind of tactics that are used and the attitudes that are displayed in selling and buying property. When I viewed a property on Domain that appeared to tick all the boxes that I was looking for (according to the photos), I was very keen to inspect. I contacted PRDnationwide Kogarah (real estate agency) that was advertising the property and spoke to their agent Mr Nikita Reskakis. He was polite professional and was happy to meet me that same afternoon to allow me to inspect the property. Taking into consideration how long I have been searching to buy a property and the attitude and self-appointed importance that I had come across so frequently in this industry; I was very nicely surprised that when I met Mr Nikita Reskakis, the polite and professional attitude transcended from the discussion over the phone to the meeting/inspection of the property. When I was inspecting the property, Nikita showed genuine interest and knowledge about the property that he was representing and making sure that he was looking after the interests of the Vendor but was also answering my questions as well. During the inspection I was advised that this real estate agency was a family run business and their business attitude was to work towards ensuring that their client (s) are happy and satisfied with their service so that they tell their relatives and friends. This family run business does not rely on expensive marketing brochures, instead they rely on happy clients and word of mouth.
