Our experience in purchasing our new home wasn't without its ups and downs, all of which were made simpler through her guidance and continued effort to assist us navigate the various minefields and tribulations. Not to mention her understanding, welcoming way of being, empathy and patience! The entire experience was individualized and tailored to our needs. Fantastic to say the least, even down to the simplest thing like taking her own time to come to the property and water the plants. (The owners had left the country, and our settlement took a lot longer than originally expected due to a failing of the bank's case manager who had us in their portfolio.)
