When writing a review, I don't normally give 5 stars as I rarely encounter service that exceeds my expectations. Nina did just that. She was personable and communicative, professional and accommodating. There may be agents out there with cheaper commission however Nina did just what she said she would do and negotiated a great sale, making it more than worth while.
