Although Nina from charlotte peterswald was not able to offer the cheapest rate for their services we were very comfortable with the service on offer and the advertising package which was intense as we required at a lower price than the other two agents. Overall costs were slightly higher than the lowest offer but we felt Nina sold her services well and at the end of our interviews left us with an air of confidence that she was the right choice. Our choice proved correct as Nina worked together with the purchaser who was able to provide the highest offer for our property and ourselves, guiding us both through issues that arose during the contract period with professionalism at all times communicating current issues until the end result, being a pleasing settlement for both parties. I was very happy with Nina's level of service. Of course, she was acting for the seller not me, but she was able to complete the sale quickly and was always efficient and friendly. I would be pleased to recommend her to future sellers. Personally, as a purchaser, I don't like the closed bid system, I'd prefer a straight asking price/negotiation of offers system. However, we did end up with the house we wanted in this case.
