SATISFACTORY END RESULT GIVEN NITISH DID ADVISE THAT SALE WOULD TAKE UPTO 90 DAYS, HOWEVER PRICE ACHIEVED WAS WELL BELOW PURCHASE PRICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND NITISH FOR ANY SALE/PURCHASE BUT WOULD BE HIGHLY SCEPTICAL OF BUYING ANOTHER OF THE PLAN DEVELOPMENT.
