I first worked with Michael Potter when I bought my home four years ago, and there was no hesitation in choosing him again to sell it recently. Michael is a true gentleman and an exceptionally hard-working agent who genuinely goes above and beyond for his clients. He was always happy to help with jobs and preparation before the house went on the market, which was a huge help and made the whole process far less stressful. His knowledge of the Pearce market, clear communication and dedication resulted in a fantastic sale price, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and committed real estate agent who truly cares about achieving the best result.

Michael's passion, commitment, professionalism and market knowledge are second to none. From our very first meeting Michael impressed with his motivation and sound advice. Matt was engaged by us on the recommendation of friends. He did not disappoint. His assessment of our property was on the mark and his sales proposal was first rate. From engagement of Matt through to the sale and completion, his communication was excellent, timely and professional. Matt's knowledge of the real estate market in the ACT is excellent. He went above and beyond to ensure this sale and worked tirelessly to ensure we achieved the target sale price. Without any hesitation, I would recommend Matt and his team to sell your property. One very happy customer.

We genuinely had the A-Team with Matt Shippard handling the sale of our home. Matt had previously assisted us with purchasing the property, so engaging him again to sell was an easy decision - and one we felt confident in from the outset. From the moment we first worked with Matt, we knew we were in very good hands. Matt took the time to truly understand our requirements and guided us calmly and confidently through the entire selling process. As anyone who has sold a home knows, there are many moving parts, and you rely heavily on your agent to be the expert and steer things professionally. Matt did exactly that, every step of the way. We felt extremely well looked after and very lucky to have him in our corner. On top of being an outstanding professional, Matt is also genuinely a stellar person - trustworthy, measured, and a pleasure to work with.
