I was selling my late stepmother's house, but I live interstate. Aside from an initial cleanup, I wasn't able to look after the property and really get it ready for sale. Noel went above and beyond with his help, making sure that the lawns and garden were cared for, removing some appliances that I hadn't been able to get rid of, and generally talking me through the process of sale, I'd never sold a house before.
